EErgoCert acknowledges that it is fundamental, for a certifying body and for all interested parties, to implement and comprehend the respect for fairness.
This is also important for the certification of the product ergonomic features to be welcomed with trust, both nationally and internationally.
In order to obtain, maintain, and increase the level of trust, it is essential that ErgoCert’s decisions be based on objective evidence of compliance, and that the relevant decisions not be biased by other interests or other parties involved.
The need to protect fairness compels us to carry out compliance assessments without any conditioning from third parties, because we believe this is a value ensuring the market, and all the resources involved in the certification process, growth in terms of reliability, knowledge, and responsibility.
We have set up a committee to protect fairness, in order to monitor the effectiveness of the certification system and – during the review of the activities for our clients – to check that fairness is fully complied with. Moreover, we have planned training programs for our staff, in order to ensure effective checks of the ergonomic features of the clients’ products. and of the processes determining them.
